So I know I’m really late to the party with the Naked pallets but I have always put it off because of the price of them.
I have finally caved in and purchased one, I wish I hadn’t put it off so long! I’m absolutly in love with this pallet. With stunning colours and amazing pigmentation they blend so beautifully too.
With 12 shades in both matte and shimmer the colour range is so pretty. I picked the Naked 2 since I know several of these shades are in the orginal pallet and this set is more browns and greys. the Naked 3 has a more pink theme to it and if I am very lucky I might just find the Naked 3 under the Christmas tree this year.
I think my favourite in this pallet has to be pistol, a shimmery gun metal grey but they are all lovely and very versitile.
I love beauty in general and particularly make-up but that doesn’t mean I have any amazing make-up artist skills. Some women can pull out these show stopping eye make-up looks but I have very little skill when it comes to eye make-up.
One thing I have never found easy is a smoky eye but this pallet just makes it so easy thanks to he range of colours and blendability of these shadows.
The packaging too is stunning. In a solid metal case and again a solid plastic insert housing the shadows.
You also get a very well made double ended brush with any of these pallets with a stunning frosted gold metal handle and soft white bristles. One end is a flat shader and the other is a blender. It is a good professional quality brush but the one down side with it is that the blender isn’t as fluffy as I would like and more on the flat side.
This pallet paired with the brush and the addition of my beloved MAC 217 blender makes this set outstanding and I will use this to death I expect. Here’s to hoping I manage to get my hands on Naked 3 for Christmas!
